The Department of Youth and Community Development sponsors a program called In-School Youth (ISY). This program has services for Juniors and Seniors in high school who are at risk of graduating. High school students that are eligible for this program must meet these requirements:
Low in come families Receive food stamps Homeless Foster children Disabled
ISY Program services include: Guidance Services Counseling Services Paid internships Tutoring College Prep Summer Jobs
